Created and led the international sales & marketing campaign for The Nova Building, Buckingham Palace Road, SW1 based on a strategy to attract UHNWI at source.  This innovative, ground-breaking and holistic campaign was one of the most successful in Prime Central London at the time time, seeing a residential sales exhibition hosted within a prestigious art gallery in central Hong Kong - the first of its kind and an approach now adopted by many residential brands.
