Kingsgate was LandSec’s first prime residential in Victoria and the first under the umbrella of Residential by LandSec. The marketing not only needed to reflect the calm and sophistication of Kingsgate on Victoria Street, an area previously only known for commercial spaces, it also needed to encapsulate the vision for the future of Victoria and set a benchmark for the rest of the residential pipeline.
