Appointed on a short-term contract to rescue the launch and first phase of the local and international marketing of The Founding at Canada Water, the residential offer in phase one of a 53-acre Masterplan regeneration after a previous false start.

Quickly established where the strategy and creative fell short, refined and simplified the brief and re-positioned the brand and creative within the wider masterplan, to attract a high-end buyer and investor, interested in the opportunity offered by a once in a lifetime regeneration.

Simultaneously devised the phased marketing and comms strategy to achieve the sales targets in a challenging and competitive markets, before implementing the sales collateral, combining both traditional and more innovative methods to create cut-through.
