Promoted to establish the new sub-brand, Residential by Land Securities (now LandSec) to drive forward the marketing of the £1.5 billion residential portfolio, and establish it as the leading luxury developer in the price central London residential market (at that time).

  • Naming & Branding: Responsible for naming, branding & creating a strong visual identity for Residential by Land Securities (RbyLS). Ensured the brand had the strength of personality and authority to enable RbyLS to operate with confidence in the prime UK residential market & when speaking with High Net Worth Individuals

    Strategy: Drove forward the strategic marketing of the £1.5 billion residential portfolio & established the newly formed sub-brand as one of prime central London’s leading luxury developers with agents, purchasers, journalists & peers.

    Public Relations: Identified, appointed and led a luxury consumer PR firm to refine & amplify the PR and marketing strategy to support sales targets whilst also positioning RbyLS alongside other aspirational luxury brands

    Brand Launch: Developed the tone, look and feel of the event to establish RbyLS in the luxury arena. The launch provided the opportunity to reveal the new identity, aspirations and commitment to residential development, & to present forthcoming projects.
